The phrase "our offerings" refers to any of Zyrobotics-branded websites, apps and e-books on the iPhone/iPad, Android or otherwise available for download through iTunes, Google Play, other Android app stores, etc.

If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. You further agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, and maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and/or password. Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and that of your children and students. To access the full set of features of our apps and e-books, you will need to register an account. When you log-into the account through the app, you are providing permission to transmit game data to/from our website in order to help automatically chart your child’s educational progress. No information is ever shared with any other third-party application. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to open an account without parental permission.

Restrictions on Use. The purpose of our Zyrobotics offering is to offer parents, guardians, teachers and children the ability to enjoy and share information for enhancing the quality of the interaction. This is how we support and want you and our other users to use our offerings.

  • You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Use or a purpose for which our offerings were not intended to be used.
